Icy conditions and mechanical issues took their toll on the field of entrants at the 2010 Rallye Perce Neige on Saturday, round one of the 2010 Canadian Rally Championship. A calculated drive without any mistakes was the key to success for Bruno Carré and co-driver Yvan Joyal and they landed their first major event win.

Canadian Rally Comes to Calgary

The Rocky Mountain Rally is the second stop in the Canadian Rally Championship. Based in Calgary, Alberta, the rally is also the first gravel event of the season. Rain started falling yesterday, and is forecast throughout the weekend making conditions muddy and slick.
