Qualifying Pairings Announced for X Games

The head-to-head pairings have been announced for the X Games Rally.  Last years winners – Pastrana, Block, and McRae – all get a bye into the quarter-finals, along with current Rally America Championship leader Andrew Pinker .  The following teams will have to battle for the remaining spots.

Friday X Games Update

It was another exciting day at the Home Depot Center, with Ramana Lagemann making a triumphant return in a battered but repaired DSG Mitsubishi EVO. The local body shops will be kept busy, however, as Antoine L’Estage rolled his Hyundai Tiburon and will need to go for extensive repairs.

After two flights from Ottawa, Canada, I have finally arrived in beautiful Los Angeles, California. Palm trees everywhere, sunny skies and beaches fill the view from my car window. As you arrive at the Home Depot Center, all you can see is team rigs taking up most of the parking lot!
