L'Estage Roll

It was another exciting day at the Home Depot Center, with Ramana Lagemann making a triumphant return in a battered but repaired DSG Mitsubishi EVO.  The local body shops will be kept busy, however, as Antoine L’Estage rolled his Hyundai Tiburon and will need to go for extensive repairs.  Contrary to earlier reports, the car will be ready for Sunday competition.

McRae was consistently fast all day, while Tanner Foust was looking
"really good" and was the fastest. Boris Said is at a NASCAR Busch
Series race until Sunday morning, so although he will undoubtedly be a
fast learner, he will be at a distinct disadvantage come race day with
just a short practice session under his belt. John Buffum went out in
Boris Said’s car today to test and tune. In the other Mitsubishi EVO,
Andrew Comrie-Picard was doing really well out on the track, getting
better with each run and setting top-5 times.
